Echo explores the importance of living in the present moment. It’s a fusion of visual and audio elements, with the visuals consisting of abstract, liquid-like forms that dynamically react to live audio from the surrounding environment. The sound is designed to circle around the viewer, creating an immersive experience. Using TouchDesigner, a node-based visual programming language for creating real-time interactive multimedia content, the installation fosters a deep connection between the viewer and the present.
By merging these two media, Echo encourages a sense of appreciation for the small details in life, inviting viewers to fully immerse themselves in the moment.

The work was created during the course “Exhibition Design” at the Cyprus University of Technology, Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts, under the guidance of Prof. Theopisti Stylianou-Lambert.
