Digital Eden: CYENS Rooftop Transformation
DESCRIPTION

Digital Eden is an innovative mixed reality project at CYENS that transforms the rooftop garden into an enchanting fantasy forest. This immersive experience integrates a virtual ecosystem with the physical environment. Wearing VR headsets, visitors explore lush digital foliage, encounter fantastical creatures, and interact with elements that blur the line between reality and imagination.

The project employs advanced VR technology and motion tracking, intricately mapping the virtual experience to the garden space. Visitors engage through gestures and movement, ensuring a personalized, sensory-rich encounter. Digital Eden features dynamic flora and fauna, interactive elements, multi-sensory experiences, educational content, and accessibility for all.

Educationally, the project delves into both its technology and ecological themes, bridging entertainment with information. It also raises awareness about the potential psychological and environmental impacts of such environments. By merging digital and physical realms, Digital Eden prompts reflection on technology’s relationship with nature and its implications for well-being and the environment.
